Interactive Aboriginal Australia Map

The Indigenous Language Map is an attempt to represent all of the language or tribal or nation groups of Indigenous people of Australia. Created by David R Horton, the map  is based on language data gathered by Aboriginal Studies Press, AIATSIS and Auslig/Sinclair, Knight, Merz (1996).

Each language group is likely to share an understanding of what constitutes social and emotional wellbeing (SEWB) for that region, and the cultural underpinnings of this will vary between language groups and within some communities.
