Culturally Specific Screening Tools
These screening tools were reviewed as part of the original Help-Seeking Project. The list is not exhaustive, and work on adapting and developing such tools is ongoing in many communities.
Adapted Mainstream Screening and Assessment Tools
have been adapted from commonly used mainstream tools. Adaptation can be a complex process involving translation and back-translation, re-wording questions to align with Indigenous cultural norms and/or validating the instrument amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations.
